I've looked a while for adequate replacements of the original padded pillow covers for my two expensive pillows after the originals started to deteriorate. Finally found these which were possibly better than the originals. Be advised, the sizes run a bit on the large size, but still very usable.

Been using pillow protectors for years. This brand runs long in length so standard size fits my queen pillows.

Comfortable and sturdy covers. I expect them to wash well, but will air dry. Pillows will be protected. When zipper is fully closed, air escapes slowly. It works well to just leave the zipper partially open. Very Happy with these covers. No more washing pillows!

These seem alright. I have no complaints about the construction. Good for the price. These replaced some Ikea 365 pillow covers that were getting pretty raggedy after something like 15 years - which was an excellent run for 'em, but the current equivalent from Ikea is pretty expensive compared to these.I don't really care that these are waterproof - I use pillow covers because i prefer feather pillows, and quilted covers smooth out their surface while greatly reducing how often i have to launder the pillows themselves.But from experience i know that this kind of material can have a chemical smell when new, which would be a big problem for a pillow cover, but there is no odor. So that's good.
